HotInvestorDeals.com was born on June 18, 2007 after a fairly short gestation. Many projects are born of long and tedious labour. Not so HotInvestorDeals.com! This site is the result of a couple of hours of ponderance after considering how to market some wholesale properties to investors who are focused on rehabbing properties. Many investors don’t enjoy the prospect of looking for their next deal. In fact, it can be very discouraging looking for the next project when you’re primary goal is to focus on fixing the property and placing it back on the market for a retail buyer.
HotInvestorDeals.com was created to assist in the property location process. The site is specifically designed for investors, not retail buyers. There might be some properties available on the site that would be suitable for retail purchase, but most of the properties here will need a significant amount of work done to them before a certificate of occupancy can be applied for.
